ContinuumAI provides automated tools based on artificial intelligence models.

It does not constitute certified legal, medical, financial, tax, or professional advice.

The user is responsible for validating any generated information before making relevant decisions.

4. CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP

The use of the Platform does not create:

• An employment relationship
• An agency relationship
• A partnership
• A joint venture
• Legal representation

Between the User and ContinuumAI Technologies LLC.

5. LEGAL STRUCTURE AND LIMITATION OF CORPORATE LIABILITY

ContinuumAI Technologies LLC is a limited liability entity.

Accordingly:

• The members of the LLC are not personally liable for the company's obligations.
• The liability of the Company is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

In no event shall ContinuumAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Platform.

6. PERMITTED USE AND RESTRICTIONS

The User agrees NOT to use the Platform for:

• Illegal activities
• Fraud or impersonation
• Generation of prohibited explicit sexual content
• Extreme violence or incitement to hatred
• Reverse engineering
• Exploitation of vulnerabilities
• Unauthorized training of competing models
• Abusive automated use

The Company may suspend or cancel accounts at its discretion if violations are detected.

7. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

The User is solely responsible for the use of the generated content.

ContinuumAI:

• Does not guarantee absolute accuracy
• Does not guarantee exclusive originality
• Does not guarantee the absence of errors

Artificial intelligence may produce similar results for different users.

The User assumes legal responsibility for the content published, distributed, or commercialized.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Platform

The software, architecture, algorithms, design, brand, and technology belong exclusively to ContinuumAI Technologies LLC.

8.2 User Content

The User retains rights to the content they generate, subject to:

• Legal compliance
• Not infringing third-party rights
• Not violating these Terms

The Company may store such content for:

• Technical operation
• History maintenance
• Service improvement

9. DATA PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY

ContinuumAI implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information.

However:

• No system is 100% secure.
• The User acknowledges inherent risks in digital services.

Data is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Platform may integrate with:

ContinuumAI is not responsible for failures attributable to such third parties.

11. PLANS, BILLING, AND PAYMENTS

• The user may cancel at any time.
• Access may be suspended for non-payment.

12. TERMINATION

The Company may suspend accounts if:
